Role Overview:

Are you creative, passionate about storytelling, and interested in making a difference in education? Hei Schools Al-Khobar is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Marketing & Social Media Content Coordinator to support our communications and community outreach efforts. In this role, you’ll help create and manage engaging content across our digital platforms to highlight the vibrant life and achievements of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule content for the school’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, reels, graphics, and videos that showcase student activities, school events, and community stories
• Collaborate with staff and teachers to gather news, photos, and updates for marketing purposes
• Assist in updating the school’s website or newsletter with fresh content
• Support school campaigns (enrolment drives, fundraising events, open houses) with targeted digital marketing
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages in a timely, positive manner
• Help maintain brand consistency and a friendly, professional tone in all communications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for education, communication, and community building
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Good writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with school staff and students in a respectful, supportive way

Time Commitment:

• Commitment of at least 3 to 6 months preferred
